The world-famous collection inspires its visitors with six centuries of European painting in the gallery building by Gottfried Semper directly at the Dresden Zwinger. The presentation of selected sculptures prospects the presentation of the Skulpturensammlung in the eastern hall of the Semper Building after the grand re-opening of the building as a whole.
